Help us help you faster

Include these details so we can investigate without asking you to repeat the basics:

  1. The email address on your account.
  2. Your device (for example, Fire TV Stick 4K Max or Samsung 2023 TV) and the app you use.
  3. What is wrong, which channels, and when it happens.
  4. A screenshot of any error message.
  5. A speed-test result taken on the TV device.

Is IPTV down right now?

This page does not display live outage status. If several channels fail on more than one device while other streaming apps still work, contact us with the time and channel names. We can check whether the problem affects your account or a particular feed.

If only one screen is affected, compare its connection and player settings with a working screen. The buffering troubleshooting steps explain what to test before reinstalling anything.

Quick fixes for the most common issues

Buffering or freezing

Restart the device, switch to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, clear the app cache and increase the buffer. Full walkthrough: fix IPTV buffering.

"Invalid login" or "Authorization failed"

Copy and paste the server URL, username and password from your welcome email; a stray space breaks the login. Check that your plan has not expired.

Guide (EPG) is empty or wrong

Add the EPG URL from your welcome email, then refresh the guide in the app settings. Make sure your device time zone is set correctly.

"Too many connections"

More devices are playing than your plan allows. Stop playback on one device, or upgrade your plan for extra connections on the pricing page.

Can't install the app

Follow the guide for your device in our IPTV setup tutorials. Fire OS and Vega OS models have different installation options; check your model first.

Billing and account questions

  • Renewing: buy your next plan from the pricing page before your current plan ends to avoid a gap.
  • Changing plans: ask support about the price and timing before changing your account.
  • Refunds: see our refund policy for what qualifies and how to request one.
  • Cancelling: plans do not auto-renew into a contract. If you do not renew, service stops at the end of the paid period.
  • Receipts: sent by email after each payment. Ask support if you need a copy.
